Worcestershire's reputation for world class cycling is set to grow this weekend as more than 100 of the best international riders descend on the county for the OVO Energy Women's Tour.
The penultimate stage of the five day event will begin in Evesham and roll into Worcester on Saturday, taking in 130km of stunning countryside and city views.
Among the elite performers will be reigning World, European and Commonwealth Road Race Champions Chantal Blaak, Marianne Vos and Chloe Hosking, while defending OVO Energy Women's Tour champion Kasia Niewiadoma will wear the number one placard.
In total 102 riders from 17 teams feature on the provisional rider list, with athletes from 22 different nations.
The event follows hot on the heels of the OVO Energy Tour Series event in Redditch last month and promises to be another thrilling day of action, further enhancing Worcestershire's reputation as a home of elite sport.
